Here, the body is a political one no matter its size or shape. We are going to unpack society's standards of beauty, the oppression of the dominant social paradigm when it comes to body conformity, and talk about clothes. Maybe even makeup. Because I do love makeup.
Here, I hope, we will come to a place of acceptance. Acceptance for our own bodies and for the bodies of others.

The second and last ones are Devon Rexes and, yes, they look a bit alien. I love their wrinkly little bodies and huge ears.
The fluffy ones are Abyssinians and they have a very interesting cast to their face that can make them look a bit alien as well.
Their weird little faces are just so wonderful to me. *grin* Though I doubt many of them will show up on Cute Overload!
Love the kittehs! I check out I Can Has Cheezburger daily to get my fix of cat kewtness.

Oh, ye of the dog-loving persuasion, did you know that Devon Rexes:-
1) Wag their tails when they are happy.
2) Retrieve.
3) Are passionately devoted to their owners.
and
4) Can be trained to walk on a lead.
Cats rule! (especially Rexes). And only one of my cats dribbles.
I declare myself Switzerland in this dispute. I love both too much to choose one over the other.
So Buffpuff, what you’re telling me is, Devon Rexes are almost as good as a dog.
